About Me
Hi, I'm Fay.
Inspired by nature and the divine power of healing energies I qualified in 2004 in New Zealand with The National Federation of Spiritual Healers and am currently registered with The Duchy Healers in Cornwall and The British Healing Foundation. I love this work and the results it brings to my clients.

Energy Healing for Women
Before you arrive, I have prepared myself for healing with meditation and prayer to call in my amazing spirit crew who stand in circle of protection throughout the session. Focusing on the breath I start by realigning the chakras and clearing the meridian channels of any blockages. Then the deep works begins to where it is needed most for you to benefit from.
Each session is an individual experience, but the one common factor is peace of mind and a shift in how one sees one's place in the world. Being connected to our bodies and regaining our inner power and strength of intuition. A deep cleanse for the mind, body and spirit.
Mother & Baby Reset
Due to the trauma of giving birth many mothers and newborns can be left feeling out of the body and not ready for their earthly journey. Some babies may gain entry too quickly and this can cause a series of ailments that some mainstream health professional then refer on to surgery. This is not a road to be chosen lightly.
With gentle healing, relaxation and alignment your baby may well recover without invasive intervention. A happy pain free baby relieves the stress a mother may carry and a strong bond can then be formed.
I work with the mother and baby together and it is a beautiful experience to see the results.

I am excited to share that I have recently completed my 2nd degree in Reiki, a journey that has deepened my understanding and connection to this beautiful practice.
I am now welcoming clients to experience the key aspects of traditional Reiki, where we focus on channeling universal life energy to promote relaxation, healing, and balance.
